Nightbeam is designed with your privacy in mind. Your data belongs to you, and the app is built to reflect that principle.
Data Collection
Nightbeam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The app operates entirely on your device.
- Your SFTP server credentials are stored securely on your device only
- Your media organisation preferences remain on your device
- No analytics or tracking data is collected
- No data is shared with third parties
Server Connections
When you connect to an SFTP server, Nightbeam communicates directly with your server. Connections are not routed, proxied, or monitored in any way. Your credentials and all data transferred remain between you and your server.
Local Storage
Nightbeam stores the following data locally on your device:
- Server connection details (encrypted)
- Your folder organisation settings
- App preferences and settings
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or back it up through your device's standard backup mechanisms.
Third-Party Services
Nightbeam does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
